Aaron Chapin brings a career built on trust to real estate. Before joining the Montrey Team, he served in law enforcement leadership across Dane County, including as Chief of Police at two different agencies and Captain at Fitchburg PD, and spent years teaching criminal justice at MATC and Blackhawk Technical College.

At home, Aaron and his wife, Amy, are proud parents to four grown kids — Abbie, Ashlen, Alisha, and Amber — and even prouder grandparents to three grandkids. That family-first mindset carries straight into his work: whether you’re buying your first home or selling one you’ve loved for years, he treats it like the big deal it is, without the stiff sales-pitch routine.

Outside of real estate, he’s usually at a euchre table, watching a ballgame, or on a date night with Amy.
